Welcome to the 14th annual I Have a Dream Monroe Invitational Speech & Debate Tournament!  We hope you can join us for two days of debate, congress and events!  Conveniently located right off the 405 freeway in the middle of the San Fernando Valley, our tournament draws competitors from all over the southland!  Come check us out!
